Get away from it all at the
Tybee Island Dockside Inn on Horsepen Creek!

The Dockside Inn is nestled alongside the marsh and lush green trees away from the hustle and bustle of the public beach. Ample parking, and absolutely no need to hassle with the car!

Tybee Island is where local artist & writer, Debbie Brady Robinson, grew up. The stories that Debbie writes are often about growing up during what she refers to as, Tybee Times in the 20th Century, and are published in The Tybee Breeze local entertainment magazine. Most of the funfilled adventures that Debbie tells took place here on Horsepen Creek and what is now the Tybee Dockside Inn.

Tybee Island is a tiny little island paradise, only 2 3/4 miles long, and 3/4 of a mile wide, surrounded by beach and ocean on one side, and river or creeks and marsh and creeks on the other side. You can walk or ride your bike to everywhere!

Yes, We Said, GREAT FISHING!

Jump off the dock , swim with the fish, or catch them on a a fishing line! Have fun crabbing, swimming, fishing, kayaking or just enjoy the cool summer breeze while relaxing inside the dockhouse and watching the herons and egrets in their natural marshside habitat. The fun just never ends!

The Dockside Inn is located directly on Horsepen Creek, only four short blocks, and a quick walk to the beach!
